Invitation Letter

An invitation letter is not required to enter Nepal with a tourist visa. Please see Visa-related information on the website. For queries related to registration, pls send an email to ats16@tms.org.np

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Registration must be canceled by sending an email to ats16@tms.org.np with your details.
• No refund for registration cancellation after 15 Jan 2023.
• The refund process may take up to 1 month from the conference closing date to complete.
