Invitation Letter

Invitation letter is not required to enter into Nepal with a tourist visa. Please see https://ats16.tms.org.np/travel-visa/

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration must be cancelled by sending an email to ats16@tms.org.np with your details.
No refund for registration cancellation after 15 Jan 2023.
The refund process may take up to 1 month from the conference closing date to complete.
